Ok. Can a real grandpa speak now. I am over 50 yrs old. I just started doing music in about 2004 or therebout. I have always had a love for music though. I grew with Greg Williams of switch and was on speaking terms with B. Debarge before he died. My sister lived with a very good guitar player for 6+ years who played behind people like Al Green before he became famous. And also Jr Walker of Motown fame. Had a cousin who was on the verge of making it as a singer, until she found god. She now sings gospel. I have 2 other cousins who were famous musician(to a degree) who will remain nameless for now. I got into doing music when I got a musicians friend mag from a guy I worked with. Bought my 1st piece of gear from that mag. And been going every since. I don’t care if I make it or not. I do it because I love it. So whats the big deal about age if you love music. Tell me.
PS my 1st cousin also produced the film documentary “THAWESTSIDE” google it.
My golf buddy is also a locally popular musician in Michigan. Plays all over western Michigan.
I do not play live. Only like to make music.
