Everybody at some point were the worst producer of all time. and ya'll know it. Look back at the first beat ya made, or that corny shit you made while trying to get out of a slump. Everybody has been one of the worst at their lowest moments.

wrong melody and rythmn are closely related. Accents are melodies..lol..Percs and drums can also be melodic, if they're "technically" tuned with the song. And melodic instruments can also produce the rythmn of the song. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melody

Man, I can't believe there's so much hate for RZA as Bobby Digi! "NYC Everything" and "Loving Is Digi" are two of my favorite beats. I guess that's what makes music so great though...it's effect is unique to the individual.

Personally, I can't stand DJ Khaled, Swizz has those stupid horns and crowd chants all the time, Ron Browz is just terrible, and I'm sure there are a ton more that I'm forgetting (thankfully) right now.

Having one hot track from a decade ago doesn't make a producer hot, it makes them lucky. Think about it...what does he scream on every track? "Eeeeeeether Booooooy". That's his only claim to fame and he has to constantly remind listeners by shouting out a track he produced a decade ago. When was the last time you heard Dr. Dre scream "Chroooonic Maaaaaaan!" all over a track, or Just Blaze scream "The Takeover Guuuuuy!"? Quincy Jones wasn't screaming "Jackson Fiiiiiiiiive" on everyone's albums. The reason is because their catalogs speak for themselves.

I'm just saying...if I were playing cards and I lost 999 out of 1,000 hands but happened to win the largest pot of the night in my one victory, that wouldn't exactly make me an amazing card player now, would it?

Swizz and RZA are 2 of my favorite producers of all time. Respect for Ron Browz too. Real rap is edgy and that's what i love about their beats.

Swizz is probably a lot more versatile than we see.. But he's already banded with the sound that got him off in the first place.

Swizz sucks, Rockwilder sucks, RZA is average but has his name stamped cause Wu-Tang has such great rappers.

I liked Swiss more in his Ruff Ryder days when his sound was fresh, he does have hits and I think he sticks to simplicity sells. The deeper I got into making tracks of my own I started finding that he tries to force the drums to add energy and often the drums are to busy for my taste in 1/4, 1/8 measures. I don't mean like add triplets to everything.

...also that damn 1/4 tambourine drives me mad in like 85% of his songs.

Besides that I like his creativity with with sounds, and a lot of the synths he uses you don't hear every day.

You cannot lie and say he doesn't have a distinct sound. A lot of us strive for that and others just want to blend in.

I know a Swiss beat when I hear one... "thinks of the tambourine".

I have yet to hear anything good from Swizz Beats... Dude is straight trash with his repetitive lame as beatz...

Rockwilder is lame as well. Prove me wrong. And don't take his joint with 50 as an example : shit was half decent at best.

RZA : his solo stuff (as Bobby Digital) has to be some of the worst music ever known to mankind. It's so bad, it's funny. LOL
