whattt? swizz is crazy dope.

i neverrr could stand jazze pha "when he was hot" minus that so what song but i wouldnt even consider him the worst. i kinda agree with rockwilder that rockwilder beat is corny as fk in 2010 but back in the day it went harddd.

Funny. you guys neglect to see the fact that swizz has the most club hits ever out of any producer. hes also a producer's producer as he is constantly in the studio with kanye, the neptunes, jermaine dupri and many more as they ask him for input on their shyt. honestly this forum is the only place ive ever seen swizz haters. o n lets not forget that he is responsible for the careers of eve,
drag-on, dmx, cassidy, brought back the bone thugs and started the whole trend of voice sampling dead artists on a hook. which im sure all of you have done at one point.. and dude is also one of the most creative producers s far as sounds and how they are used. he took a horrible roland fantom preset and turned it into number hit. (i can transform ya).. just stop hating. if you wanna talk about producers who suck lets talk about lex luger or souljaboy or ke on the track. not a superproducer that has a number one hit on pop and hip hop stations at least every couple months.

lol look how much swiss made sure he was number 1 on this list today, when that nikki nd em track dropped...

Swiss droped some straight WACK JUICE

swizzbeats is just plain garbage.

rocwilder made 4 beats I like, all 10 yrs ago, the red and meth track, xzibits front2back, do it again by jay-z, and a track he did on a rawkus comp in 2000 with redman I think.

He did have some good beats when he first started, but its been 10 yrs, so his 15 min have long expired. Not a bad producer, just never kept up his status longer than a year or two.

Never heard rza as bobby digital, but not sure I want to.

But yeah Swizz has always been my worst, and always confused as to how he has any success at all with his garbage music.

Basucally all those songs sucked. I dont think anybody is arguing thats hes sold a lot of records. I think ppl are confused as to how he did, when his music is so awful.

Your in the wrong clubs. If they're playing swizzbeat music, those are some WACK AZZ clubs.

And when did he bring back Bone?

I havent heard a good song by them since '96.

Just because his shit doesnt make sense to you doesnt mean its wack. it just means you dont like it. while i dont like all of swizz's shyt i do like a few of his tracks. how bout styles p- blow ya mind, smitty-diamonds on my neck, memphis bleek-its like that, t.i.-bring em out? all are good swizz tracks.. just because he uses minimal chord structure or theory to build tracks doesnt mean he sucks at all. it actually makes him creative that he can make full songs with whistles and beeps n bloops n shyt. if he was wack why hasnt he faded out yet? and on top of all that i can name some producers rite now that you all dickride that use absolutely no chord structure or theory. how bout timbo? boi-1da? bangladesh? or the runners who just basically play around with keys in the scale of c til they come up with something? like seriously the shit i read on this forum is sometimes borderline insane

wtf how can you listen to rap music and think swiss beats is wack

pick a new genre of music or give up completely cuz u will never make it if ur that out of touch with hip hop

If ya'll don't see the genius of Swizz Beatz, I can pretty much guarantee you you won't do much of anything with your production careers. I'm just sayin......

Swizzy is GOD.

He's arguably the most creative producer in hip-hop history (it's between him and Timbo).

I said it once and I'll say it again. He is the KING of hip hop drums. F*ck what you think. Name me another current producer that has made a hit with JUST DRUMS. No melodies, nothing. Only drums. (Busta - Touch it, Beyonce - Get bodied).

Only Timbo and Dr Dre have had a more prolific production career in hip-hop.

Easily in my top 3. I can bump his beats all day.

swizz is overated!! But Rza c'mon son, Rockwilder !!!go do your homework son!!

lots of producers have made hit hip hop records without melodies. Melody is like the least important part of a hip hop record lol

after listening to roman's revenge I have to say that swizzy has ****ed up big time

Most hip hop is repeatitive as hell.
Not like Swizz. Dude has the same song structure in every beat. HARD 2 bars, followed by a slightly softer but still hard 2 bars. Repeat 4 times. Get to hook and Repeat a 1 bar hook 8 times. Back to HARD 2 bars and softer 2 bars.

Seriously, almost every beat he's made is formatted like that.

smh @ Rockwilder being on that list...

That Blackout track alone makes him top 20
