My uncle just gave me all his old records. About 60 Blues records, and 20 misc. ones. Haven't had time to listen to all of them yet, but did sample a Neil Diamond track.

Went to half priced books this morning. This is the best dig there I've had in about a year.

I see you picked up that Bob James
You listened to that Temptations joint yet? Different than most they work, but good IMO

Yo whats the record above the Louis Armstrong? and the one at the top of that column?
If you don't mind...

its a grover washington joint i aint listened to any of em ive been on that velvet soul thats what i was talkin bout on twitter

Is that Grover something with wine in the title?
I've never bought/heard any of his shit that wasn't on CTI. Let me know how it is

THe one with the wine on the cover is something else. It has just the two of us on it. I bought it not too long ago actually its a white cover. this one is different its called Come Morning

Word. You should drop a link to the beat when you done!
I may idk it depends on when and if I end up tracking it and actually using it. Sometimes after I make a beat I dont find them worth tracking to the pc and mixing so i dump em lol. Part of the issue with making beats on hardware

The beat lasted all of 10 minutes before it got erased lol

LOL I know the feeling, the erased after 10 minutes feeling.

I know you have/use the 2000, how long it take to track out? I've been trying to get one. Keep getting in f'n bidding wars though. Hopefully I win one soon.. *sighs*

I own a 2000 but its on the table in the kitchen taken apart im waiting for some parts to come in the mail to hopefully get it running. Its been down since January. Right now I am and have been bangin out on my EPS classic. The EPS is real dope if you want a cheap alternative to the ASR10. The OS are exactly the same the ASR just has a few more features and more sample time. But for chopping samples the EPS classic or even 16 are more than enough. Anyway tracking for me takes about 15 to 30 minutes I don't use that many tracks in my beats. My EPS has 8 tracks And I don't remember the last time I've ever used all 8 when sampling. Keyboard beats I may run out but not samples

I know this isn't a dig, but am I the only person actually planning on buying J Dilla's "Donut Shop" record? Lol.

I'm not gonna buy it, new.
$35 for (I think it's) 6 instrumentals and 2 slipmats.. A little rich for my blood.

I'll buy it used in a couple months, and be pissed it doesn't have the slipmats. LOL!

I don't know if I have the patience to wait for it to become used, lol. My guess is if it does go used, those people bought it specifically for the slipmats, which by the way, are the illest slipmats I've ever seen haha.

New hip hop records come up used here (Chicago) real quick. I think it's from Serato ppl buyin em, rippin em, sellin em back. IDK, but it's usually real easy to get a new release on wax within a month or so.
No hate towards this album but I can wait the month. Not always the case..

I guess, but if it does come out used by you, buy 2 that have both LPs and the slipmats and sell me one on eBay! Lol.
