You've done good young skywalker (troup)
@troup come over to the darkside we have cookies, lol
lol...first you "correct" me on Executive Producer, and now you feel the need to "correct" what God wants me to do???
Are you that in need of some internet validation??? Geez dude.
But I'm not about to turn this into a bible lesson. fataltone does that enough.
I didn't come to FP for validation from you or anyone else. On the other hand, since you brought it up, this is my AWSTAT summary from January. This info comes straight from my servers.
This is the only online validation I need.

Obviously, my brand out ranks your based on Google's algorithms, which is sad when you consider the fact that your site was built in 2006 and mine was built in 2010. I would've thought your brand would out rank mine since you've been online longer. After doing the research, why should I listen to you talk about branding?

You have to decide whether TROUP is a "we", "I" or an "it". A team, a vision or a strategy.
You are still confused about that, as you can read in the paragraphs about the different steps of a solution, using different "persona" (singular and/or plural) for the part of the solution in question.
No matter if you are alone, a team of 100...........a strategy is an "it"; an object of desire (iphone)/a strategy you offer that nobody else can bring to the table(itunes)/a certain vision which can be defined and categorized, yet without it being applied to a strategy/solution of a problem, can't be understood properly(itouchthescreen).
Keep "it" an "it", so you can claim, your company "has it".
Simple, yet effective. That's the way ideas work and this is the way language is being used to trigger a reaction.
If you don't get that down, effectively (read: elegantly), #4 of your sidebar-menu will apply (a word you seem to like a bit too much; find some synonyms):
"You can be replaced!!!"
P.S.: all of your statements "music is free", "albums are dead", "record deals don't exist anymore", "you can be replaced" are simple, yet very effective, NEGATIVE triggers.
Replace them with POSITIVE triggers and introduce the NEGATION in an "explanatory paragraph"; instead of "you can be replaced", a "how to become irreplaceable"............(then introduce the NEGATION "You can be replaced............BUT.......x and y, will show you how to still be the (Big) Mac Daddy")........instead of "record deals don't exist anymore", a "how to create your own label", etc...
Be positive. Not out of courtesy (after all, we know the world will end in December and shit), but since you want to trigger a POSITIVE reaction to your product, don't start with a NEGATION.

BAD ADVICE!
You need to hook people by introducing the problem FIRST in your headlines and then give them the solution.
You have to decide whether TROUP is a "we", "I" or an "it". A team, a vision or a strategy.
You are still confused about that, as you can read in the paragraphs about the different steps of a solution, using different "persona" (singular and/or plural) for the part of the solution in question.

Ugh...guess I gotta pull out my laptop. A mobile response won't do.
And I was napping so good.
Let me go pee, and I will address everything.

Since you MUST CONTINUE PLAYING WHO'S IS BIGGER...Cuz now you're CLEARLY MAD, and doing everything you can to DISCREDIT ME.
lol...I love it when people try to pull out the Alexa page ranks against me. It's always hilarious.
1) IndustrySound.com was created in about April of 2009. Went hard with it for about a year. Then stopped and let it sit there. Anyone on this site can tell you that.
2) Over the years, I've owned/operated about 8 domains, all of which served a different purpose. I've had multiple Ustream channels (one of the primary functions of IndustrySound, racking up hundreds of thousands of viewer hours), a YouTube page (which is about a QUARTER MILLION HITS and counting), PMP page, Open Labs feature profile, on and on and on. J.TROUP (the brand) hasn't been limited to ONE place on the web. Matter fact, it's been all over the place, on all kinds of sites, social media postings, forums, etc, etc.
So attempting to "quantify" my scattered brand is difficult...and Alexa hardly does it.
And I'm happy you got 140,000 hits on your site in January. Your site got almost as many hits in a month AS SOME OF MY FP THREADS.
C'mon son. Seriously.
And in all your tunnel visioned rage, you seem to not be able to see one thing...
MY SUCK ASS BRAND HAS YOU SITTING AT YOUR COMPUTER, GOOGLING ME AND DOING INTERNET RESEARCH IN AN ATTEMPT TO INSULT ME.
Mighty powerful, wouldn't you say?
Now...moving on to more important matters.
I'm not discrediting you, you're discrediting yourself. Why can't you see that?
Dude, I don't have any rage or anger toward you. It's hilarious how you seem to believe that you have the power to effect me emotionally. Honestly, I'm enjoying myself by watching you squirm out of dealing with the facts. BTW, you shouldn't take credit for web hits that don't belong to you. Those hits belong to FP, not you...
Also, why would you change your domain so many times?
Doing so adds confusion to the message you're brand conveys. You and your brand suffer anytime a change is made to it's online location; because, people don't know where to look for your brand.
So attempting to "quantify" my scattered brand is difficult...and Alexa hardly does it.

The full name of the company is TROUP ARTEGIC CONSULTANTS
ESPECIALLY in music where people are always trying to sell far fetched dreams.
Now troup just has to deliver on content, because if I click that tab and the content is weak I'm even more dissapointed than if it was a positive headline.
