Just listen to better music.

When I started listening to what people around me called "white music", I actually discovered that there was a whole other musical world out there besides rap and R&B.

Since then, I haven't really been as disappointed with music. I can always find something that doesn't appeal to the the moron ready for sex, violence, or easy money. These Mickey Mouse artists aren't ever going to change.

So my point is that instead of complaining, just consume better music.
