Fam, people like who??? What do u kno about me to say som ish like that? U young cats? Read what I said about the equipment I started on, then come @ me better than that, bro.

And are u dissin sampling in general? Not really understandin u right there bro.

Real music is any music a person makes. Wtf difference does it make how they make it. If u hot, ur hot. If ur music is trash, it just is what it is. Equipment list aside. My roots are in the old school too. I used to dis software music too, till this young cat opened my eyes. Now its all about the end result, not the path u take to get there.

Btw "real" music people feel me! Lol

Its funny you talk about paying I mean which dues are you refering to? I got a wall full of records that I use to sample and put cuts on records. In FL. You make too many broad generalizations. And I admit this is a waste of time arguing about this but it passes the time in school.

Oh and by the way. I used to rock an mpc 1000. But moving everyting I made on the mpc to Logic was too much and it was at a point where music was not fun. Anf that's number 1 for me.

Actually, no it's not. If you consider someone using a program to be the "easy way out", but yet you have someone else doing your work for you....then how can you criticize anyone else?

actually it is cause being a producer is more than making a beat

dont pay me no mind im talking to 3 other dudes bought the same thing so they reading it as a guest...
like i said i 1 man just adding my 2cents...
and we on a forum so 2 different views dont mean we arguing, we both just adding our 2cents in...
if what u doing is getting you paid, thats what its about...getting paid for what you doing...keep doing ya thang everybody!!!

^^^ its all love man.. like i said i'm passing the time in school lol.

^most def, I feel u on that rome. Well said. I wasn't tryn to turn it into an argument either. Just didn't wanna be lumped in with the pirated software fl users and talent-less beat makers.

plus, I spent way to many years on strictly hardware to dis it. That would be dumb. for now, I like my setup. Will add more pieces when I need to. But its gettin the job done for now!

how many here use FL stuido? now how many of you paid for it?
now why would you buy FL studio if u have a REAL keyboard(not some cheap ass m audio controller)
why would you use stocks sounds? why would you use a vst plugin instead of the sounds on a real keyboard?

fact is...if u got the money your not gonna use FL...
thats like using a plastic fork vs a silver 1...
i dont think no one hate on FL users...i just know that u prob stole it and cant afford the real **** so u go steal more stuff and call ur self a producer...i dont see the use of FL studio outside niggas trying they 1st beats....most any 1 i know that makes money off of music has the real ****...

your FL studio is like the bootleg jordans: Sure they are shoes but they the cheap bull****....

good luck Frutiy boys...enjoy ur program...Fl=paint shop..we use photoshop the real ****...
Non-sense! I have a Yamaha Motif ES (rack), Roland Fantom XR (rack), Korg TR (rack), and I use my bro-in-law's Korg M3, but I sequence all of the sounds from those hardware modules into FL Studio. FL Studio is basically an MPC, but in software form. To control the sounds, I use my Yamaha YPT-400.

so basically for a piece of equipment to be considered "good" it has to be complicated wowww, that makes no sence, to me an mpc is easy everything is easy, but good music is good music

One guy ask why people dont clown on cubase and sonar, protools and other daws. Because, Actually when Fruityloops first came out(now called FL Studio), It was Known as a software synthesizers with a music sequencers. Over the years and a name change it was rename as a Daw(Digital Audio Workstation). But simply because it comes with sounds it is off the top compare to other Hardware and software synths. The reason why majority people dont like it is because it comes with cheesy sounds, sorry but thats the truth. Dont get me wrong it does come with a awsome sequencer, and truth be told very easy sequencer to use. No doubt shawty Redd told the truth about it, its very easy to use compare to Hardware. If you put two guys in a room and you put one guy in front of a computer with FL Studio and you put the other guy in front of a ton hardware equipment. And tell them to bang out a beat guess who is going to be banging out a beat first. Not saying that anyone of them are better, because truth be told i use both and love both. But i perfer hardware for sounds and software for its sequencer. But anyways let me get back to the topic at hand, the interview was on point . Peace

Dude, if I'm making my own songs, writing lyrics, etc. using FL., you have no right to criticize me if all you do is hire someone else to make track for you. Feel me?

Maybe in the end your track might sound better than mine, but at least I did mine on my own. It's cool if you hire someone else, just don't criticize others who do their own work.
