Thats one reason i wanna get rid of mine. They literally played it out.

well u have to tweak the patches. havoc uses a triton as does jazze pha, david banner, cyprus hill, green lantern, 7 aurelious, and chad wes hamilton. none of them sound even remotely like the neptunes or each other for that matter. u can make it sound as dope and fresh as u want it to be man.

I was just playin. i ain't gon rid of it 4real. i love it 2 much :D. however, i do get sick of lookin in Scratch and seeing Korg Triton under every1's equipment list.

I think it has about one third the sounds the regular triton has, and it doesnt have a sampling board, you have to buy it seperately, the triton extreme is killing both of those right now though :D

"NEw YOrk ,New York" Big synth in beginning is a preset off the motif ES called "Trnchook", it's like the 30th synth in the synth category.

Damn im startin to see Reason on everyone's list in there too. Whoever said The Roots use Reason i think is trippin because they're a live band ? Feel free to correct me if im wrong.

Ok I'll correct u "ur wrong" my boy plays drums
for the BEP's. We are both reason fanatics! his name is Keith Harris he's from the south side of chicago but he lives in b-more. He even wears a propeller head shirt on stage! not to mention its on the m-audio and motu site...the roots info was from the digidesign.com web site. i read that in the lil' protools e-mag.
 
I don't know why a lot of cat's use reason, i have reason 2.5 and never use it. It sounds like ****.
 
does anybody know where the preset from lean back came from??

i cant stand FL5 but ive heard sum folks make it
sound like a million dollar program. Maybe its not the software.......maybe its u!....LOL!

BTW... Scott S. uses the motif es if im not mistaken
 
Was presets used in D4L or DL4 "Laffy Taffy? I dont know if the group name is DL4 or D4L **** I dont remember. All I know is dat beat is so simple. Dey must be using FL or something.

yeah i don't use it, i got a motif es, which is TWO TIMES better than reason.
 
The lean back sounds could easily be remade in reason..people are just lazy or dont know what they are doing...its just basic strings with pitch bend...NOTHING ELSE!
