thanks for the verification gibbs i can read between the lines and im sure youve told me all i need to know.
if most people understood the real power of refills and came from a truely limited background they would understand just how unlimited Reason is. Its only real limitation is in the fact that you cant throw vsts in it which isnt a big deal refills are cheaper than vstsI give up..
all I really want is vsti's
all these talks of slicing features don't really get me excited, I manually chop in adobe audition
it's not like reason is going to make me a better chop/slicer
I wan't some more sounds... I am learning to play piano, give me some sounds, give me vst
it's ok, I will stick with cubase, unlimited options in it
reason has destroyed the mpc and i'm a mpc user
since when do people have to have a mpc to know how to operate one? i have one thats not listed in my gear list and I had a mpd loli don't see which mpc you have in your sig / gear list...
just an mPD.

actually.. the quality and quanity of refill sounds are not the same as vst plugins
I am talking about, spectrasonics omnisphere, trilian, sample tank series, native instrument kontakt sounds, quantum leap Goliath etc etc
I have allot of reason refills, but when I have the option of using a vst plugins and opening up the interface of a synth etc.. that's much better to me then any refill
