Hip Hop has always been a reflection of society,"art imitates life". Its a lot of gay and moist dudes out here, this is what happens when women are left to raise boys to men on there own. Corporations have completely infiltrated all forms of rap music.
Like someone said underground is where real hip hop lives.

Corporations know what they're doing.That's why they changed the core audience in rap and started going after the teenyboopers.They're really impressionable. An older mature audience is not going to bite because their identity is already established. Hip Hop went from creating trends to being influenced by the lastest trend.That's a big difference.
