Hands down best hip hop producer, There can only b 1!!

Hip Hop was BORN off sampled beats.

Hip hop was born off of turntables.......DJs............da hell is a sample?

You go to Sam's Club to get samples. And that's what dudes do today. They search on the internet for "samples" like a bunch of bums in a Sam's Club pretending they there to buy something......but instead they are their because their stomach is growling and they are broke.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

There is a difference between......

you know.......

if you ain't in the record stores.........you are a sampler. Otherwise you are a DJ.

Samplers be those dudes that hear some some shit in the background on a youtube video.....and spend 3 days asking everywhere and searching just to chop that little clown horn noise and put drums on it.

DJ's appreciate record that they have.........love every single bit of those records. They also listen to so many other genres of music.....jazz.......classic rock........they don't looking for shit.......they already know what they gone do with what they GOT!!!!

Samplers.........they hear a "DJ" produced song........and wonder what song was used......not to enjoy the record......but so they can chop it up and shit.

Samplers spend time finding drums from various drum kits......

DJ's will find the drums in the record it's self...........they are somewhere in the record....you lazy sampling ass dudes..................you don't listen to the whole record......because you are a sampler. Eating nutchella, pig and a blanket, cheese and crackers, and shit like that for lunch. Going everywhere in your city that has samples. When Burger King was giving away fries on Fridays.....guess who was there? Yo sampling ass. When Chick Fila was giving away chicken soup.....guess who found out about it? Yo ole sampling ass. When you over your homeboys crib and his momma fix him a plate.....and she ask if you want some......guess who gone be happy to get a plate more than anybody? YO SAMPLING ASS...........be like.....yaaaaaaaaa let me get a sample of those greens.

Plain and simple....

:)

^^^ Why y'all messing with this cat. What he says is mostly true, what rice said is true (dj/sample????)
The DJs started if u go with Kool Hert the oringinal hip-hop DJ.
Some people want to trace it back further to poets and dudes calling eat other names in the dozens.
Nevertheless, u gotta remember Bambata, electro at its finest

Oh ya, u young cats smoking that stuff Dre is still the greatest hip-hop producer in history thus far and it even close.

Not gonna pretend like I know every producer's accolades, but Dre pretty much invented a sound. That's hard to do.

Also Jermaine Dupri.

I don´t understand y people on here hating samples. Every device dat hip hop early producers used 2 create the music were all devices dat require a sample given by de producer-Dj´s or the manufacturers of the device. Aint kno discussion about if hip hop was started off samples its jus plain fact.

Hip hop has been "sample" based from inception beginning with the use of breaks as loops on turntables, 4 track tape mixing, and eventually progressing into what we have now with digital sampling with amazing accuracy.

Hip hop embraces it all, it was never about purity it was about a single culture...the hip hop culture which was not meant to be divided by race, religion, how you created the music that backed it but rather it took all this in and made it one huge global community with the elements being the key bond
Bboying, MCing, Graffiti, DJing and the combination of Knowledge, Culture and Overstanding. You guys can argue and split hairs until the roaches eat the corpses but in the end Trap is a part of hip hop like it or not and anyone who says otherwise is only lying to themselves.

Besides him saying that was nothing but a troll comment...and a successful at that

Dr.Dre. Hands down.

It's still til this day something about a Dr.Dre produced track that grabs a lot of peoples attention even before they hear it. And at this present time NO OTHER PRODUCER holds the power that he has to put out a major selling hip hop album with his "name" executively produced on it. The man is without a doubt the Michael Jordan of hip hop production.

I almost 4got Traxstar (chicago producer for twister and do or die) and DJ Paul from 36 mafia.

Dj paul is either de father r godfather 2 de trap stuff we hear 2day.
Traxstar started his own style in chicago and made lots of tracks on de low dat we all luv.

What do yáll think?

PS: I think i mite make de list into a top list instead of der can only be 1

The amount of people saying Dre... Its like saying Milli Vanilli are the best singers. Catalog is too suspect...
