I got your back on this one kontak.

you cant teach someone how to market, its about bein quick on your feet, if you suck at coming back at insults, chances are you'd suck at marketing.

thats just my experience, seen the good and the bad.

I'm gonna assume that by marketing these cd's that someone's gonna have the common sense to play this shyt in front of whoever you're trying to sell to. Product demonstration is the key if you haven't already made a name for yourself.

I say you promise to give someone a quater if you play some shyt for them that doesn't make their head nod. They cna play that screfce shyt all day, but you cna tel when a nygga is feelin' your music. There's a chance that they still won't buy, but here's a hint....

Tell them that the cd is going for $8. After they initially tell you no, you lower the price to $6. The reason why you're lowering the price is completely up to you. That's where the gift of gab comes into play...and I can't help any of ya with that. Hang out with me for a weekend and maybe you'l learn something.

Selling to females is a plus...if you're actually attractive. Females love a hustler. Tell 'em that you're trying to collect enough money to take that special someone out on a date...and maybe they could be that someone. Tell them some ol corny shyt like "The money I'm getting from u. Yo I'm gonna flip that and buy a house for my momma...whatever's left over is yours. You can find me on tour if you'd like...or you could just give me your math right now so we won't even have to play the run around".

You're either gonna get her pockets or her thongs. Either way you can't lose.
