well, if an artist is putting out mostly filler material.. the artist should just flop u kno... like.. the most successful albums are 15-16 tracks, of HITS, not filler sh*t. an artist is a talented artist if he can drop 10 albums, each 15 tracks, and ALL hit material. if they can drop 20 albums, with only 3 tight tracks, and rest is filler sh*t, they ain't really that ill, and it WILL be the death of hip hop... what hapenned to the records back in the day like Illmatic, where any track could've been a hot single? That's the type of sh*t music should be going for. Straight hits. ANYONE, even non-musicians can do fillers.
