Like the frequency charts here. Like most things in music, it takes practice and ears but using charts like these posted are an excellent guide to regularly check back on when a mix isn't gelling together right.

this is some great info, but please everyone also take in mind that there is no perfect setting for your EQ, and you only get better at it with experience (and a little internet help ofc)
