You guys got to dig deeper. Some of the songs named here are like the 5th and 6th artist to sample or interpolate the bassline. Find out the original artists. It'll make you better producers.

As for some of the newer stuff on the list. If this is an all-time list, then the bass should be able to stand the test of time. Newer stuff (even though they may be hot) haven't proven themselve yet.
