I been telling people Mike doesn't make any of those beats that has his tag or he gets credited for.He has a production company labeled "Eardrummers" that is the tag you hear right before you hear "Mill Will Made It".His production company consists of 2 or 3 producers he has signed under him.They make the beats,send them or give them to Mike.Mike shops the beat to major artists in the industry as his beats because his name is so big right now he can get top dollar just off his name alone and at the same time they are producing some major hits.While Mike is out balling or doing whatever his team is somewhere creating hits for Mike Will to shop for them and as a producer this is how you want to run your company someday i really commend Mike for having a real business mind frame and grabbing some unknown kids and making them multiple platinum producers at such a young age.But this is why people say Mike Will is so versatile(R&B,Trap,Swag) because it's different people making all those different beats.Therefore no i can't see his run stopping or slowing down any time soon.The momentumis there and as producers that's all you need especially when check the urban charts and see 6 songs produced by your team and 5 in the top ten that's going to be there for months and not to mention those royalty checks gotta be looking CRAZY right now.Honestly i never saw anything like this ever in my history or music.Salute to Mike and his team for knowing how to take over the game at such a young age.

R&B is coming back. People been missing it. Neo Soul can take a rest for a little while. We just got to get rid of these iight male singers and these female vocalist who don't have that grab. And Mike Will fits the bill. Neo Soul has to wait 10 years....though I and a few others will still support. But yeah man......by next year your going to hear more R&B jams killing the game instead of being in the back burner or left for artist to be all electro and weird and shit.

Lol at this "team talk". That's all well and fine. But I've seen that movie before when it was called Timbaland and Danjahandz. People claimed the same shit that Danja was doing all the work. Danjahandz bounced had "We Taking Over" and Timbaland still dropped hits without him.
I'm not in the studio with Mike Will, so hey you all may have a point...however that "team" story/rumor is old and has been applied to many "it" producers. And besides, a producer having a team isnt necessarily bad...ask Quincy Jones.

Nobody said it was something wrong with a team nigga im commending the young nigga for having a business mindframe and knowing how to stay relevant for so long so quick.And im not in the studio with Mike Will either but nigga its obvious that thats whats going on behind the scenes you dont hear the Eardrummers tag for nothing.Them niggas behind the scenes doing something and it ain't telling Mike to add this or add that them niggas playing a major role from the outside looking in you wouldn't suspect anything but its obvious to me.

Its good that Mike is takin the credit to get the bigger check but as a fan i wanna who is actually making the beats i don't wanna think Mike Will is making these beats and come to find out he ain't shit but thats how the game work but i still want to know who really doing what

If Mike Will has people working under him, he is a better producer than anyone that did it on his own.
Forget all that "I can do it all myself" stuff. If I had a team of dudes under me that helped me to make hit records, I would be ecstatic. Forget doing all the hard work myself. I want a team to help me build my empire. That is what bosses do.
You guys don't have that boss mentality. So when you here that a producer had help, you try to discredit him. But organizing a team and getting that team to create great work is more important than any individual worker's efforts.
Greatness is not accomplished by any one man. But a great leader can create something greater than any one guy that simply keeps his nose to the grindstone and works hard.
Hats off to Mike Will.
