tha truth hurts sample

I know this is an Old ass thread....but i was searching for something else and came up on this. That sample that Dj Quik uses in that Truth Hurts track is actually a song that my Pops would blast all the time on the weekends....so im guessing he kinda got the idea from hearing my pops bust Indian Filmi music. We lived about 20 feet away across the street from DJ Quik in Porter Ranch,Ca.
I wish i was into beat making back then...could have crossed the street to pass my beats off to Quik.
 
yeah, and dre had already used those drums for a song he did with DOC and had a live band redo the who whole Satisfied melody. Old ass thread!!!
