T.I. ft. Jay-z "Watch What You Say To Me"

Is it me or does anyone here find Jay-Z's flow similar 2 an Eminem flow? I'm tryin 2 find a specific track but the closest i can find is "You don't know" and also some lyrics seem like they've been bitten.

I guess if it is, it's a remark of the "carter" stuff Wayne pulls, copying Jay's cover art etc... Dunno, AFAIK Wayne respects Jay-Z hella lot.
I was diggin the song. Jay-z's verse is better than anything he did on Kingdom come, plus Khao's beats are nice.
