Studio isolation

I would like to ask is there any possible way to reduce a noise from my room which goes to outside. Because arround my room (studio) there are neighbours and I cant work on high volume. In other words i would like to make my room which is studio soundproof ar atleast reduce some noise which goes outside. Any suggestions ?

only way that you will stop sound leaking from your room is to build a room within a room which is expensive as you are trying to isolate the internal (new) structure from the old structure - this means floating the connections the floor and making sure there are air gaps between old and new structure

Its expensive but look up soundproof cow, they have rolls of soundproofing material called quiet barrier.

Barrier mat can be very effective (also known under names such MLV mass loaded vinyl and quiet barrier) but only as the overall build for sound isloation. By itself it will not reduce enough db's to be considered sound isloation
