Yall selling mp3's still? In 2012? For how much? Wow! Let's hope rappers don't get smart and get that whole sale deal.......no not the buy 10 mp3 beats for the price of one......no not the 99 cent deals....the real one..where some producers go to make a beat to sell for $20. Why buy a dime when you can get a couple of keys of pure for the same price?

Just something to think about.

Shit like this has been around since the late 90s though. These rappers just ain't up on it. How is this any different than the loops that came with Hip Hop ejay or what the original versions of Acid were all about.

I'll charge 20 an hour anything after 8 hours is overtime.

Gross, is that all? I wouldn't work for anything under $30 and that is pushing it considering I would be working out of hours anyway.

Beats was a horrible business. It got cheap like a 2 dollar hoe. This is what happens when up and coming talent has their backs up against a wall. We needs to go back to dealing a service not a product. When I came into the game dudes wanted to here all your beats and choose one they liked. Now and days I make music with an artist in mind and that artist is me until someone who has the time and the money says they want to work. I don't show people random beats anymore. I show them songs ... so they can gauge my range and style. If they smart they fuek with me ... if they just want a beat and don't think the music that I showed them was in their lane... then they are close minded and I would not have enjoyed working with them. So good riddens to them.

Anyway we got to take back the art of production as a service.

Beat making is simply a way to build up to music production where you create a song (not a beat) for a client.

That's the answer. The loops you get with Acid is what you get until a new version. And all of those sounds may not fit what a rapper is looking for. When you pull up a dirty south drum loop and it's similar to the Lil Jon Yeah drum loop........in 2012. Dirty south synth loop........similar to Young Joc's It's Going Down. That's the difference. You stuck with the loops you have from that software. Most rappers are using whatever came with their package recording equipment.....[I got dat pro tools and that mic now it's on].....they not really using the stuff to make serious beats with. And when they check out the loops it's all on some DNB, Electro, Techno, and weird atmospheric type stuff. You're not going to get some serious trap, up to date beats from Pro Tools, Acid Pro, or whatever even in the latest version....I might be wrong though. So what do they do? They find what they need. They don't search "construction kits" they search beats and bam!!! Trap all day.... trap all night...99 cent..cause your pockets kind of tight. They get 20 of em, but then they find gold..getting beats for free..don't care how many that you sold. The next man is hot cause he givem out for free with no fee......make sure that you give production credits to me...he get pissed cause he hear his fuucking tag, and they brag......bout selling hella dope, money in a gucci bag.....but yet they couldn't mention the person who made the beat......and for free a lot of people get in just to compete.....but back to construction kits if they only knew.....they can make they own trap beats and do what they do...I bet they say they name as the person who did it all......made the beat, wrote the lyrics, put the plaques on the wall...at the Grammys saying "I thank God and thank the fans....also like to thank me, myself, and I cause I'm the man"...now all these other rappers trying to get to Volume 2......because they want to do it like Mr. you know who.

Forgive me....I'm full. :D

What does secular songs sound like
secular means nothing to do with Godif you listen to the lyrics you will notice it's nothing like secular music

instrumentals ARE NOT secular or non-secular
I hope this clears that up

let me know what you think

You're going to need a background of some sort and the sidebar and the main page seem to run together.

Tone... there's no way around it -

This is STILL! the easiest route to go - because it's free... http://www.wordpresstemplates.com/

Troup mentioned it already though. They have plugins for everything.

Didn't Google buy that awhile ago and now they've discontinued support for it?

I know Google run it but I am pretty sure it still gets support. It is huge and from what I have seen many word press users have converted.

EDIT: My website is run on Blogger and I see quite a few additions and updates.

EDIT 2: Interesting article. they probably changed their minds. Blogger is too powerful of a brand to rename and I am pretty sure they never renamed Picasa either.
