SE Reflexion Filter Question

anyone have the SE reflexion filter? If so, is it worth the 300 bucks. I have an untreated room and my vocals need to be deadened

It's a good investment if you are working in an untreated room. There a cheaper ways to accomplish this though. You can build your own. Not as awesome as the SE but it works.

Worth it, definitely.

Also quite possible to build your own - a sandwich of acoustic foam, perforated aluminium panels, acoustic foam in a casing of wood or steel. Make 3 of and hinge into a single unit.

What material did you use for dampening/ absorption (felt, blankets, or a soft/hard foam...)?

i have a SE reflexion filter and i could really hear the change from when i wasnt using it. I think its great.
