But I learned to make it work, made decent stuff, upgraded equipment and began smashing everybody lol.

But now combined with new software, it has totally new abilities. It definitely serves its purpose keep doing your thing homie. I hope you makin' them bangas over there.

Nice, I have the EMX-1 also!!!1 It's pretty cool for a monosynth. I also had the sp606 but I upgraded to a mpc 2500 and haven't looked back since
 
Got some new furniture for my room:

My meager collection of vinyl and random crap, as well as a little bit of my bed.

Still need to get an M-Audio Axiom 49 and put it on my desk, monitor stands and Event 20/20 bas monitors to put on the stands (which I would put on either side of the desk), hence the gap between the desk and the DJ table. Also in the picture is my stereo (which isn't connected) and TV, which is hooked up to my PS2 and Xbox (which is connected to Live) in case I don't want to make music, mess with my turntables, surf the internet, nap, or talk to anyone on AIM. Sadly, my Akai MPC2000XL is tucked away behind my laptop at the moment, not even plugged in.

My Technics 1200s and Rane TTM 56 mixer, still need to buy a secondary mixer for that PDX-2000MKII Pro, so for the time being, it's all lonely.

Dood, I have the EMX-1 hooked up to that Numark Kaoss pad mixer, ton of fun lol. I am debating of changing that SP-606 too, but I'm so used to it and it does what I want...but ya, perhaps a 2500 :)

Cool man I like your taste in gear;) !!!1 I also just bought a ESX-1 and I like it alot.The ESX and the EMX are great companions. If you ever do decide to upgrade keep your sp606 around for all those effects. Effects are the reason I bought the ESX but it doesn't have close to what the sp 606 has....anyway...

now i wanna know is it worth buying the digi002 or can i get away with just usin the digi002 rack? right now i'm using mBox2 and i want something that has enought inputs for a motif XS, Korg Triton Studio, two Turntables. im leaning towards just a rack. what cha guys think?

Id buy the 003 just for the faders alone. i personally like having the feel of a mixer there but if u just want the inputs i dont see why buying the rack could be a bad idea

Both the 002 and the 003 come in either a rack interface or a control surface interface. The only real upgrades that they made with the 003 is that it now has a word clock in/out so you can use a better word clock instead of the shakey one that they come with.

i realise that. i was actually disappointed when i saw it at first but id but Id buy the 003 over the 002 just because I feel they will discontinue support on the 002 in the next 2 years or so. This is not official tho just a feeling i have
