KC, it occured to me that I hadn't actually heard any of your music. So I threw kcsherell into Google. Did you join every music social networking site?

You competed in a Red Bull Big Tune? I can't even get selected to compete but I am finishing guys' albums. BTW everybody go to www.letterlbeats.com and scroll to the lower end of the page to hear the completed album from one of my artists Young General called A Stimulus Package. Obviously I think it's dope but you can decide for yourself.

Anyway, I digress. This is about KC. I am at work so I can't view the myspace but do you have a Soundclick sir?

My entertainment area > your entertainment area. I do need a wii though. I have a 360 and a bunch of vintage systems. Anyone selling a wii or a ps3?
 
Perhaps, but most of mine is in storage. I got some cool gadgets that I had never heard of from a friend. He does network security for big clients, so vendors send him stuff to play with so he'll recommend his clients buy it. He had a huge room full of the stuff, he said to keep what I want and sell the rest on ebay and we'd split the money. I came out with some interesting toys and about 1k in cash. Not bad for a few days of work.

Anyway, that silver box is a HDD recorder with a DVD burner and a lifetime subscription to Tivo (I don't think you can get those anymore). I have a HDD Divx player, it's basically a hard drive in a box with tons of movies, sling boxes, and all sorts of network stuff. When I get place of my own I'll be able to pretty much throw content around to any device in the place, so yeah, xbox 360 on the ****ter, just because.

Some stuff I can't get rid of, and it's worth a ton, like these really high gain directional antennae. The thing can beam a wireless signal like 2 miles. It didn't sell. He had some pretty cool stuff though.

Yeah, I need to get my site back up and running again. To be honest man, I haven't even been able to even go into my studio too much lately! I am working 6 day workweeks and like 12-14 hours a day, so I am really just going through some stuff right now trying to get my studio functioning and my new Mac Pro completely organized (with regards to samples and sound libraries and Virtual Instruments, etc...).

I will get you some of my stuff though if you want to hear it? I had a grip of stuff on my MySpace but I kept hearing it elsewhere???? I know that's the way it is, but still it pisses me off. I need to find the time and finish my site and get everything on there going. I will go through some tracks and e-mail you something I have done.

lmfaooo....the studio KK Audio Workstation was just bought. I also just added some wall hangings...lennon, jay-z & hendrix to add some flavor. Plus my second display is hooked up.

good lookin studio bx are you mixing on the mixer or is that just for the inputs? I am debating on grabbing a bigger mixer and a stand for my mpc and just throwing them on the desk.

Well, I got it because I wasn't 100% satisfied with just the MPC-to-interface sound. i wanted to run it through a hardware mixer and see if it made a difference, and it did. It gives it a slightly fuller/warmer sound...and the real experiment i wanted to try was to run virtual instruments through it, with some of its on-board effects.

So basically what i do is run the mpc and the virtual's through it for some basic mixing, then feed it back into Pro Tools. Just trying to get my feet wet with hardware mixing because before this i had a ProjectMix which of course is more of a controller, and a Mackie VLZ which was actually very nice but physically impossible to fit into this set up because of its size and shape.

Now all's i need is an interface with about 16 inputs :rolleyes:
