I bought a trigger finger yesterday and I confused with the programing and the Enigma software. I'm using reason I want to program the pads to my liking.Using the default in reason the redrum channels are all over trigger finger out of order. Some channels won't even key only mute when tapped.
I would appreciate it if some one who has one help me out Thanks.

I am having the same problem using FL Studio's FPC. Please someone answer this question.

this is the easiest thing to control read the manual please if you still have problem instant message me on aim at clippyclipp

I don't have aim so can't do that, I have read the manual several times and I still don't see it. Sorry, I'm a newbie to all this so what may be obvious to you, may not be so obvious to me.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

are you trying to assign notes to each pad or are you trying to use the enigma software.

I am trying to assign the TF pads to correspond to the FPC pads. Like if I hit the first pad on the TF, the second pad on the FPC lights up and some of the middle TF pads don't trigger any sound.

For those who need to the Pads program here you go i just assigned found C1 and programed each pad from there on to start. Hopefully you can do the same in FL Studio for you L-Diesel. I used it in redrum on Reason

Pad Programming
Let’s begin by looking at how to re-program the parameters for a pad. They are the easiest to understand:
1. Enter Edit Mode by pressing Memory Recall and Prog/Bank Change simultaneously. Their LEDs will begin to flash indicating that Edit Mode is active.
2. Tapping a pad will select it for editing. For our example, let’s tap pad 16.
3. Once selected, you can re-program the pad with the knobs. For example, you can use the Note Knob to choose MIDI note F#3 for the pad (twist the knob until
“F. 3” is displayed on the LED screen). For convenience, the Trigger Finger will continue to output MIDI notes when you tap the pad so you can preview your
changes. You can twist other knobs to change their associated parameters, too. For instance, you can use the knobs to quickly set the pad to MIDI channel
10 and its fixed velocity to 90. The CC Knob is for selecting the MIDI controller to use when transmitting pressure information. Setting this to “10,” for example,
can be used to cause pressure to modulate the pan position of your sound.
4. Once you have made your desired edits to the pad, you can tap another pad to select and edit it.
5. Once all of your edits are complete, you can save your changes by pressing the Save & Exit Button followed by the pad corresponding to your desired
memory location. If, for example, you want to save your changes in memory location 7, you’d press the Save & Exit Button followed by pad 7. If you want to
exit Edit Mode without saving your changes, press the Exit Button. The Trigger Finger will return to Performance Mode (the two LEDs will stop flashing) and
your edits will remain active, though not saved to a memory location. You can then try out your new preset before you save it. If you like it, re-enter Edit Mode
and immediately Save & Exit.

Thanks, I read the same info in the TF manual but wasn't sure how to apply it to FPC. So say the first pad on the FPC is set to C 3, do I set the first TF to C 3 and that's it?

that should do the trick for you. in reason it trigger on C1.I used it str8 programing to TF. i didn't use the enigma software yet.

Yeah, I haven't messed w/ Enigma much but I figured it out. Instead of changing the settings on the TF, I change the settings on the FPC by raising the notes on the FPC by 2 octaves.

THANK YOU ALL!!

How about for getting the trigger to even make the midi level jump in reason. My Radium 49 still does it and when i uncheck the radium and only have the trigger finger, nothing happens. HELP!

i guess your trigger finger is set to midi channel 10 (that's the default midichannel for drums, and that's what the triggerfinger is for ;))

might want to check this

So how do I set redrum to channel 10? hmm.. i always just load and play with the midi keyboard without setting other things

I use FL so can't help much. I wanted to add that after reprogramming the FPC I realized that I could have just raised the octaves (the top second sq) on the TF by 2, LOL! So simple..adventures of a newbie hahaha

Yeah thats how it always is. You rack your brain at something and realize it was an easy fix. Well i dont think my pads are even responding to anything

sketta if your using the trigger finger with reason and you want to control the redrum swith the preset on the trigger finger to 16 and you should be on your way.

Damn i need to revert back to the manual pdf file i guess huh... Can you tell me really quick how to do it. What if I wanted to use it with Native Instruments Battery 2

EDIT!!!!!! :

I went to Enigma and clicked the 15 : Reason ReDrum preset and then closed and went into reason but nothing happened. Sorry im such a lame ass it feels like right now
