Guess he did a complete U-turn and scrapped the whole "Good Ass Job" concept...expect more singing. :angel:

He wants to title his next album "Winter-Spring-Summer-Fall". 12 songs and for each season he will create 3 songs. Talking about how he's on top of everything and with his character he can't be anything else than number 1

btw I don't know how old this article is but I saw an interview with him and i think he said hes already started designing clothes, and anyways... In my opinion, I find the direction hes taking music-wise a little sad. But if you listen to the way he explains it, I feel its fine.

He says, that hes been hip hop from the beginning and now started listening to other styles of music like coldplay and such, and he likes the music he does, its changed but people are being deceived cause they're simply not taking the same curve he is taking, some fans dont have the same musical baggage he has, mostly the ones that were straight hip hop kind of hate him a little (lot) now.

he wanted to make an album the people could sing along to every song.. he wanted to make each song catchy, kind of like "laala lala wait til i get my money right" the whole album. the thing is he can't really sing but I heard hes taking lessons and tryna learn, probably wont become a super singer and hes aware of that and doesnt really care bout it.

anyways I'm not even a big kanye fan but i just had some time to spend watching that 30 min interview the other day, but I can say he looks confident about his thing and up to the point where hes gotten now I think he knows what hes doin and will most likely make it. but only time can tell. im off to bed, peace!
 
After seeing his SNL performances tonight, I realize dude is taking it to another level. He was already a star, but he's about to hit that Madonna Superstar status in the next couple years, if he hasn't already.

Looking forward to it, 808's had some awesome music (as in the composition of it) which made the singing more than bearable.

I'm keen to hear more of Kanye's slightly alternative tracks like the ones on 808's. Good ****.
 
I guess I'll just have to keep College Dropout, Late Registration and Graduation in the rotation. 808s was good, but I can't bump that **** anymore too damn depressing.

It's funny how everyone comes in as a hip hop artist and then branches off to do something else like all they wanted to do was get there foot in the door and switch it on us and leave us stuck like damn he could've been good. I wonder who's next to turn *****.
