Is it just me or these beats are waaay too similar?!

beatmaking doesnt = producing

he didnt steal a beat, he bought a construction kit and arranged it. its cheap and amateur to do that but its legal. thats the whole idea of construction kits, theyre for noobs lol

Kali - Wybij Si
vs
2:37 in the demo: Superior Superstar Loop Sets

is ok? oh cmon, taking ready loops or stealing beats has nothing to do with production, seriously.
just listen to what i posted in this post.

Actually it does. Remember a music producer does not
have to actually plal every or any instrument to say they produced a song.

A music producer can have/hire a bass player, drummer, guitarist, pianiast. etc... and still say they produced the song. The music producer is responsible for the overall product. How he utilizes his resources is the trick of the trade.

So yes, in theory a music producer can use the loops, construction kits, etc... you listed and still say they produced the song. Maybe the integrity might be gone, but that's another issue.

Also, do not confuse beatmaking and producing. I'm sure there are numerous threads about that.

I thought the French dude's version was dope as hell....they don't sound anything alike except using similar sounds.

This is what Rick Ross's 2009+ catalog will sound like in 20 years though.....

then this

Making the same song over and over isn't anything new
