i like the last one the most. it is important to remain humble if you plan on bettering yourself as a producer. overall a really good list!

You forgot one of the most important rules of all....PROMOTE YOUR BEATS THROUGH GOOGLE, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, ETC...If you plan on making any money at all selling beats the most important rule is marketing!!

this is just what I needed! I've only been producing for 4 months now and I striving to work hard just like everyone else.
 
Good Advice

This is not only good advice for newbies to know coming in, but also this should be remembered throughout one's life, especially "Never stop learning and never stop having a passion for learning."

I'm still kind of a newbie, but I am so excited about the world of information and satisfaction that comes along with producing music. I love the way music makes me feel and posts like this make me want to produce and learn as much as possible every damn day. Love it.
