I Moderate FP and shyt
Has J Dilla's death changed your outlook on diet?
When I read that, it scared the shyt outta me. Because that is me, litteraly! On weekends and some days throughout the week, I wake up in the morning and go right to the MPC and wont eat until maybe that night. Its like when Im zoning, I dont get hungry. Ever since Dilla's passing, Im trying to make a consious effort to force my self to eat. I've been having lower abdomen pains for the past few months, but it could be all in my mind. Im going to the doc to get it checked out though.
I have mad love for what I do, but I need to stay alive if I want to continue.
Have any of you taken your living and eating habits into consideration? Especially since Dilla's passing?

"What happened was that the doctor told me that I'd ruptured my kidney from being too busy and being stressed out and not eating right," J-Dilla told Urb. "He told me that if I'd waited another day, I might not have made it.
"Sometimes that fixation can be a good thing and sometimes it can be bad. There'd be days when I wouldn't eat at all because I'd be in the basement working all day," said Jay Dee. "This is definitely my second chance, my wakeup call. I still love the music, but I wouldn't put it first in my life. It's family first - and then everything else."
