Believe me Ive heard it my daughter loves that shyt most 14 year old girls do LOL. But I cant see how that is a dope beat. Dope and pop music shouldn't be in the same sentence. Is it danceable? sure it is. Is that your meaning of dope?

Most of the time i think i'm wack
sometimes i lie to myself just to feel better about doing music
out of all the things i've accomplished from being with darkchild getting 2 deals and flying around working with different artist etc i still feel i've accomplished nothing
I listen to albums just to get inspiration/ideas to come with a new hit
I use fl studio 5 to make tracks and never really planned on changing or upgrading
truth is when it comes to mixing and making beats i never really know what im doing, my hands just take over most of the time
don't like the way jay z raps
i'm more of an R&B/pop fan than a hip hop/rap fan
fav rap artist are young buck, ti, and luda, but can appreciate anyone that can really hit a note.

- Big Pun > Biggie
- Was never a 2 pac fan. Again, like Em he has a couple songs i like and that's it.
- 50 cent is not all that. He is not a good rapper. I only like 2 songs that he did.
- I love boom bap & and electro beats.
- I believe Lupe maybe the G.O.A.T. ...IMHO
- Not fan of Cali hip hop.
- Only person I like outta Cali is BLU.
- Gangsta rap annoys me..except for a few exceptions.

This thread makes eveything perfectly clear now. People never listened to Illmattic , or bought CD's, or heard a Premo or Pete Rock beat they liked, don't like sampled beats, got into Hip Hop like what 5 years ago, bump Paris Hilton and Miley Cyrus and claim to be Hip Hop. No wonder people think everything on the radios is Hip Hop.

-I think Lil Wayne is the biggest disgrace to music but his fans are 10 times worst.
-Most of my friends think something is wrong with me becaue I don't listen to the radio. ( It's a sad day when you get made fun of for not likeing Lil Wayne)

My girlfriend won't even listen to Miley Cyrus music because it's too corny, and she loves that new Britney Spears CD and any Shakira song. Her little sisters in elementary school like it though.
I don't know how you guys are gonna say "i really like paris hilton and miley cyrus, but id NEVER bump it in my car LMAO!!!!" That's worse than being a man and digging that stuff in the first place. If you're ashamed of your taste in music, then why the **** do you listen to that type of music?
Needless to say, my girl's iPod is strongly discouraged from playing in my car, and most of y'all would get thrown the **** out once that first Lindsey Lohan song came on.
