i think if you speak another mans name out your mouth and say he bit your style its kind of being bitter how bout he was inspired by my sound then he said "he sounded like swizz beats when he first came out now he sounds like drumma boy.... he just bites whoever is hott" that sounds a little bitter why do you care so much what that man does you do you thats ni99az problems they always care what the next man is doing .. so what if he just does that for the check meaybe he has a sick mom and doesnt have time to wait around for money so he has to do what he has to do to get the money to take care of his mom if you dont know his whole situation why you hatin...i mean its coo to think it but i dont think he should have talked about it in an interview some people live with different morals and thats the choice god gave us only god can just whats wrong or right everyone has to learn from somewhere

if it sounds bitter, than idk what to tell you, i think he was just being honest

if somebody said that on FP.. they'd be called a hater
if Bink! says it.. he's called bitter

now what if Drumma Boy said that? what would they say then.. that hes a hater/bitter/ or what?

folks can be wishy washy on here...

and for the record, im just playin devils advocate, ima Bink! fan and a Just fan

but the way niggas are tryna discredit Bink! like hes some slouch is kinda disrespectful, especially since some of my favorite songs that i THOUGHT were just blaze tracks turned up to be Bink tracks

I don't think he's bitter for saying that blaze bit his style. The reporter brought it up and he was just speaking his mind. Who cares if Just bit his style or anybody's style for that matter. If Blaze can bite off any style and make fire with it that's his thing. It aint like he completely copied him. If somebody bites your style then you just gotta make sure your eating more of it than he is. :D

I don't understand the not being able to say anything part, lol.

Like when Elvis was "biting" from James Brown and Chuck Berry and the rest... would it have been bitter for them to just express that they thought he was borrowing from them?

... and c'mon Troup, you posted a thread one time about the Swoosh that's in other songs and said that you think the sound is becoming popular because of lurkers on your Ustream show. Is that the same thing.

I don't know if Bink was upset about how things turned out but nobody wants somebody to take what they did and run with it without being given the proper credit. Just like Aaron Hall said his main influence was Charlie Wilson - he said it and got it out of the way. Just didn't have to kiss his feet and if he didn't "bite" Binks style then maybe he should address it so there won't be any spectulation. Maybe it's not worth it to Just but I know I wouldn't let anybody discredit me if what they were saying wasn't true... that's Hip Hop. I guess it doesn't matter in the long run...

I don't know enough about who produced what to say who bit who but I don't see how dude is bitter for stating his opinion. If he named about 10 names... I still wouldn't see it as being bitter, lol. That's just what he feels and to me it's okay for people to say what's on their minds.

If people can't say what's on their minds without seeming bitter... then Hip Hop is definitely DEAD! since it's inception... it's always been about saying what's on your mind no matter who's name was involved...

I guess...

KRS was bitter about Shan
Moe Dee was bitter about Cool J
Cool J was bitter about Canibus
50 was bitter about Ja Rule
Young Buck was bitter about Game, Cam'ron and any other beefs he tacked himself onto
JD was bitter about Diddy and Dre...

... sometimes it's not being bitter, it's just speaking your mind. Men do it all the time.

No fight. FP ! Don't let THE PUSSIFICATION win.

If Bink was bitter, he would of came out and said this on an interview a long time ago.

Just did take some from his style and ran with it though.

Bink got them classics.

correct, I hate how people can't speak on anything, honestly if its bitter, who really cares? that's his right to be protective over his revenue, the same way ya'll defend people's lack of integrity when its a matter of getting paid, I really don't understand

It's not that, it's the WAY he did it. Like he was baiting the interveiwer into asking him about it, and then the way that he elaborated on it...

I mean if he woulda said "I wasn't on any more of Jay's albums because I left the camp, because JB was taking my style, and he had the stronger relationship with Jay...", that woulda been one thing.

But he went on and on about how Just Blaze still doesn't have his own sound, how he only bites what's hot, how at first he sounded like Swizz Beatz, how he bites every dude in the industry, on and on and on...

That's the bitter part.

He ain't have to try to throw JB under the bus like that. I mean the guy is straight trying to discredit JB. And saying "no doubt he's talented", doesn't make up for trying to discredit him.

That Troup Swoop stuff is a big joke to me. It's all very tongue in cheek. It's more of a HEY, I WAS ON TO SOMETHING, than it is "aww these niggaz jockin my fresh...i hate them" kinda thing.

Funny you should mention Aaron Hall. Everybody knows that R.Kelly took more than a few pages from the Aaron Hall playbook when he first started. He sounded, looked, moved, EVERYTHING just like Aaron Hall.

But you don't see Aaron Hall all up in interviews saying how R.Kelly bit his style, and how he stole his shine, etc, etc.

State your opinion, yes. But don't throw people under the bus. That's just straight hater-izm.

Get another man off your mind, and get your money.

And the thing that makes him really bitter is that if HE was the one who was in JB's place right now...he wouldn't be talking bad about JB.

They both make bangaz.

Hip Hops most interesting stories have been based off of "bitterness", I say it's all just Hip Hop. Nothing new.

That stuff is bad for you Win! after awhile you get desensitized to it and no woman will ever look good enough...

"She's a 40 - 30 - 42?.... so.... I'm going to play some online tic-tac-toe..."

Don't let it happen.
