Make it triple!
But back to the topic, the guy was just asking about the AMDJ Pro-S, so here's
the lowdown for me: It's a Pio CDJ100S copycat w/ some added (and rather usefull to be 100% honest) features.
Very intuitive and easy to get the grips with. The effects, that's pretty basics these days coming to digital technology so it MUST be sorted out at least decently. That's what u get w/ the Pro-S, BUT if u're lloking for efx I'd suggest go get a decent effector and some basic but reliable digidecks like some CDJ's so u can effect ALL your music.
The AMDJ loop is not as precise as Pio's, but then no other cd decks is for that matter (believe me, I should know what I'm talking about 'cos I own a Tascam 302 and I keep my words on the issue!), but one could get used to it pretty quickly.
The scratch, hmmm... it's too "digital" IMHO, sounds like robotized music. Tascam is still leading the game here bar none, as Denon's scratch is an useless joke. But it was amply discussed here, if scratch is your game then go for the real thing (ie vinyl turntables).
Overall, it's an advanced deck but it costs a good lot and u need 2 of'em - and I'm not sure about the reliability records on the thing. IMO reliability is VERY important coming to digital performance, vital if u will.
I'm not trying to patronize anyone here, I'm just honest and straight as I can, and only about stuff I've tried or heard for myself in action. I've never used or heard the AMDJ in action at a club or gig - maybe that says something about it, but maybe not

- but I've had it a hand on the shop and that's how it sounded to me at the time. So I suggest a personal visit to the shop and a quickie on the rig.
Peace
