the problem with this, as with other stuff of this ilk like the game, is that people mis-apply what is written. if you are smart enough to apply these axioms (i guess) appropriately then you are probably smart enough not to need them.

sorry about my tone but i really dislike the mentality that these things encourage. the cases in which working like this produces sustained success are few compared to the amount of people who just end up cut off because no one will tolerate working with them (i'm not talking specifically about the music business anymore, about which i know little). it relies on you holding all the chips and working your leverage.
it is basically BAD business.
the 48 laws are semi-stolen from sun-tzu's art of war, a book which was recommended to me. its fine as long as you remember that it's written 2000 years ago about....the art of war...
