Solid Mixing. The aura and ambiance of the song is nice. I can't really see someone performing on it though. That's not a bad thing though. Instrumentals like this are def in demand by company for things such as movies and commercials. I can easily see this as a song that's playing while someone is driving a car in a movie or commercial. Or when someone is breaking into like a bank at night. It sets a mood. I would def go that avenue with this song.
Returning feed i can see drake or somebodylike that on this. tha mix is on point and tha way you have it progressing is dope af. i think an 808 in here would sound pretty dope also imo but goodwork bro
Solid beat bro! Well done with the mix. First thing that came to my mind was. Maybe try to lower the instruments just 1dB or 2, and a little more snap to the snare!!
check out my sampled drums mix and let me know what you think!
Your melodies are a bit too loud compared to your drums. I also think you could take some high end off some of those synths because it's kind of ear piercing. My favourite thing about the track was the kick. If you put an 808 with that kick it would make this track even better. Some change ups in the hats would be dope too (like faster 1/32 or 1/64 type deal).
I like what you did here man I think Swag is right though.. if you just tweaked the sounds a little it would sound a bit more unique... not that it sounds bad at all. Nice chill vibe man I likes it!!
Yo nice track. Its dark, borderline depressing but a nice ambiance overall lol, it's very chill actually.
The mix is quite clean except for the part with the 808 bass. I think it's too loud.
I like the drums on the beat man. The synths aren't my favorite in my opinion. But I see where your going with it. Check me out too bro My soundcloud is in the thread.
The mix is def solid on this track. I dig the ambient feel that the track has. The tip I would say would be to maybe add some more percussion, maybe a shaker, some chants or etc to your drums to help be the final glue for all of your pieces coming together. Nonethless, Good work homie, keep it up. Heres my beat for feed: https://www.futureproducers.com/for...terlude-instrumental-f4f-500407/#post49906663
I could actually see a Big Sean rockin over this beat a lot. This beat, for me, is kinda reminiscent of the type of shit that Drake was rappin over in his new album. However, those beats were a little more dusty and a little more creative elements with the samples that were used. But all in all, I dug this beat a lot.
