See, I didn't know the situation that you were exchanging with him messages before those two even got their designs up and running, and I was making assumptions about you blatantly copying them, my apologies.

The thing is you don't need to copy anybody to be at the top, but still, a lot of people think that way and they do it. And Team Hitz already knows that, see for example JJs new beat, at the beginning the vocal yells "get your own f*cking style". See his Twitter where he always complains about those copy cats. The thing is JJ has his own distinct style, so if someone copies it, it gets really obvious. Being influenced and copying are two different things.

Either way I wish you good luck with your career, much props for getting your hustle on far from the Netherlands, there is a good amount of people from Europe in the top on Soundclick, many of them come from Germany too. Even that MDEpict dude is from Germany, as Robot already said he's the Lious Vitton of Soundclick and caking up right now. lol

Who are those "well known" producers? I'm not educated what's going on locally in the music world, but since you said well known I must know them.

Can you factually prove your highly qualitative, critical well formulated statement?

JJ might have taken a sound that is current, but he translated it into his own way of doing it, which doesn't equal copying. If you can prove me wrong and show me the "well known" producers, then I'll take everything back and throw my pom poms in the trash can.

Just to clarify I see it gets all mixed up here.

I used JJ sound-wise and design-wise.
Used SSO design-wise.
Didn't use Vybe at all as an example.
And used Team Hitz in a different context, when I said acting like them want make you one of them.

ever heard of d.rich, shawty redd ,zaytoven or drumma boy? and if you have dont even bother sayin they didnt near clone there styles for the sake of some leases ive heard them use there tag's signature breaks EXACT SAME chord progressions etc.

I'd say zaytoven drumme boy sound more like SSO.

But I've only used JJ sound-wise as an example in this whole thread as I stated in my edited post. I only took SSO as an example because of the designs, about what the thread is actually, nice how we hijacked it lol, the issue about the designs is already cleared up.

Shawty Redd might have similarities with JJ but I wouldn't say it's a copy. As I said JJ took a sound that is current and translated it into his own, I don't see anything wrong with that. That's actually a pretty successful formula you give the people something new AND something they're familiar with. You can't be coming up with weirdest sh*t that has never been done, that won't have any success, at the same time you shouldn't be copying sh*t 1:1.

And sorry to KidFlash for hijacking this thread man, but that happens all the time on this forum lol.

my issue is they do copy **** 1:1 cuz its there "business":rolleyes: they kno thats whats gonna sell on soundclick and people seem to give them props when they successfully clone someone elses style
 
This is alil off subject, but Kid flash do you make a living off selling beats on soundclick? I'm not nearly as big as u or the top guys and i'm eating comfortably off that soundclick money, know you gotta be cake'n right now.

I think you have a point there. They're adopting what's current to sell, but I still think at least JJ put his own twist to it. I'd say SSO is 1:1 Gucci Mane etc.

lol yep, producers fail to realize those $9.99 leases add up. the 9.99 leases is a holiday special i'm having. I can't even begin to count all the rappers that have been going out there pockets this season on beats.
