Also, once I'm in the position where the machine will pay for itself, I will buy one.

^ do you do electronic music?
capitalism at it's finest.
an overpriced keyboard with a built in daw. nothing against reaper btw. i just find it hugely ironic that they chose it.
i have mad love for reaper and one of the reasons i love it is the relationship between the developer and userbase.
i just think the open labs stuff is a rip off. that's just my opinion. obviously countless others disagree outright with me because they have many fans.
Thanks for the welcome. Hit me up sometimes.Welcome to the club.![]()
whats good fellas? i have the miko timbo edition, what are you guys using the cubase or the reaper?I'm in LA, and open labs just had a party to introduce the Teddy Riley Edition Niko XXL. This is the most insane piece of equipment in the world today. Too much power, Too much processing. You are right about the haters but people are reactive to prices. And I understand in this economy. I feel blessed to have a business with clients which makes it easy to purchase equipment. The DBeat is dope too, not a spoksman for open labs but they are at the top of the game right now..plan and simple. We have two XXL's, the LXD and the Dbeat...worth every penny!!![]()
