Sure you could be trying to revive that dead ass battle forum...yeah maybe you just need a challenge because it helps you work better. But first you might wanna take note...why get envious of the next man's shyt when you could just get even?

I just think it's funny if you go out and buy a gang of gear and then get blown out by a dude using Fruity Loops.

I can't get even with them because I'm done with my setup. It's REASON, an Oxygen 8, and some speakers. I won't buy anything else until I'm working with Young Jeezy. I won't spend $2000 on a piece of equipment that's going to sit in my spare room while I'm still trying to make it. ... I probably won't "make it" in the Timbaland sense...(alot of us won't) so I'm not sinking too much money into this. It's mainly something to do when it's raining. Everybody here has projects that they work on... but does that mean anything? Really. I get e-mails every week from people that want me to do something with them. I've never heard of any of them.

That's it... so when I post up something about a battle... it's mainly to get everybody that's talking and posting to show their skills. Maybe they know what they're talking about. Maybe they have heat. Maybe not.

I just make beats at random, not 2 or 3 hours a day like most people so I had to put the deadline way out. I might make 2 songs this month max.

I see alot of name calling, put downs on FP all of the time but the people making the most ruckus, never show up in the reviews forum, beat battles forum or any forum where actual music is posted.

I'm one of the biggest shyt talkers on the board... but I'm not afraid to post beats. So when people say shyt like "Your music sucks!"... I just want them to show me what good ish sounds like and this is their chance.
