Soundclick is more than the top 10, there are actually very decent producers on there imo (I for one, love Sean Divine's material for example).

Mind you, I'm not on Soundclick (Well, I have an account from like six years ago that I've never updated)

But I'm just trying to understand why you feel so strongly about this issue...I mean, it's just a freakin website with some producers who may make some money off of this shit...It ain't no biggie

I don't hate soundclick.

I hate this "music is businezz" mentality everybody has on that site.
I hate ppl who claim to put a twist to the current trend when you're really just copycattin some other dude for fast paper.
I hate ppl who cry about beat-jacking, yet they're ok with selling uncleared material as their own shit.
I hate ppl who brag about how "professional" they are, yet they use cracked waves mercury bundle with fl studio and albino 3 or some shit.
I hate ppl who already wanna sell their "music" after 3 months of doing this beat-making thing.
I hate ppl who use words like "design", "layout", "paypal button" more often than "song structure", "acoustics" and "mixing techniques".
And i hate ppl who ask for the best "dirty south vst" or how to recreate the drums/sounds in song "XYZ" by producer "XYZ".


Like i said...i don't hate soundclick.

@Arkey i understand some of the stuff you said . but you making yourself sound like a Hater fam .. lol you shouldnt care about what people do ,say or dont buy , just focus on yourself fam , but i do understand about the the whole copy cat thing thats not coo. but shoot i just worry about myself . i do my own thing .. and yeah some people say they are professional yeah true but you shouldnt worry about that. you should worry about if you is professional or not . and make history on your production , and about the paypal thing ... yeah some people wanna make money off it . some people wanna make a living off it , like what im doing . you cant knock them for it . Yeah people are more into making money and dont know a thing about music HISTORY but shoot let them do them ... just sit back . alot of young producers are coming into the music game now so you just gotta excuse them . just relax and make your own money fam

I don't worry about this stuff..it's just something that bothers me when i read through some of the threads on fp.

However i would never waste my time with other ppls storys or issue on here. Especially cuz the internet is just a random place with random ppl. I don't know any of these dudes.

I just come here in my music downtime, that's all.

I dont understand at all how people can knock soundclick... its just a damn website thats all! if people can make money off there music on the site then thats great isnt it? isnt that what were all ultimately trying to do.. make money from our music?

Just yesterday i started selling leases straight off my website:

and ive already sold 8 beats in 1 day lol... why on earth didnt i do this sooner!!! I havent even started promoting my site so god knows how people found my music lol :)

LOL i feel you on that one but ill be honest I got soundclick and I use it to promote myself. It aint the best way but right now I'm just tryna get a feel of this whole music industry thing.

i've been producing for around 5 years now and i've learned a lot..still tryna get my mixes right and shit as well as network, but until then I'm tryna make some side money for that GAME TIME! lol if i don't make it then at least i got a degree and get a desk job or somethin hahahahaha


btw i hate those dudes on soundclick who just straight up jack vybe, johnny juliano, & superstar o's style..its so played out I can't even stand it anymore

people can knock it all they want thats life especially if its ****ing up the market and devaluing wat beats are worth. And for the record i dont think anyone really hates soundclick... its more the people on soundclick refer to the pic i posted earlier if you need further explanation :)

Yeah , if it was that easy then yeah why would i chose not have things so called messed up .. lol but we can just make people say hey sell your beats higher . YOu gotta adapt and out smart your competition. Not just complain and hate on soundclick and producers in it . you are clearly hating on soundclick and any evolved in it. cant just say things is messed up and hate. write down a plan on what you wanna do to out smart the next producer.

actually ive heard some serious heat on soundclick and some real diverse unique stuff also but unfortunately they dont get the recognition, the copycats and generic ass ones do. I hate on the soundclick mentality yes the whole "im gettin paid "my bank account says different" speeches get real old, also the producers who act like soundclick is the be all end all to make money these days. Focusing on soundclick charts like you would billboard or soundscan and jocking the top guys like there super producers..btw i aint on this forum to make friends thats what my online life is for i come here to express views and opinion on music/music business/state of music so you can call me a hater all you want :cheers:

yes i make music i have posted music on here, and no u yourself did not say any of that but i have seen it in many other threads or threads made close to verbatim on those topics...and yes i am very opinionated and like to debate :D
