Writing an attractive BIO

I know this seems like a dumb question...but im no good at writing Bio's.

What is the format. Where do I start. How do I draw people in. Can someone help me or assist in writing my bio
 
I'm an up and coming producer. Im getting ready to start my website and put together my EPK as a producer and I need help.
My goal is to have a package put together to submit to potential labels and buyers. So its gotta look and sound good
