its easier to chop 2 bar loops in like audition the uses time stretch and fruity slicer.

Or if you have the new FL studio 6.3 beta you can just use Edison, the new Wave editor. Chops as easily as Audition

When I was using FL the most often in the past few months, I use to chop and get the tempo of my samples OUTof FL. Then I would put it in there as an instrument, set the tempo (which is the one of the sample) and built eveything around that.

So basically, I chop, get the tempo, set it in FL and work around that. I did try to use FL's sampler but it didn't work too. But there is a lot of ways to do so.

theres videos on how to sample on youtube I'll get some links later.

Is Edison included in 6.4?

I'd assume so considering it was introduced in 6.3. It would be silly for them to remove it

lol If you can't sample in FL, you may want to give up beat programimng because nothing is more easier.

man dont tell people to give up on their dreams , give the person a little confidence and encouragement and let him progress. sh*t he prolly just starting out. dont tell someone to give up just cuz they dont something and are trying and willing to learn by asking question.

ay yo

i found that it is easier to chop the sample into little loops before u load into fruity by using and external program. acid works best for me
