Synth, strings and "air"/choir mod patch, 808-type bass combined with "clicky"/dry (maybe wood beater) bass drum, piccolo snare, trap-hats, high-pitched metallophone, white noise bursts with volume swell, single-string plucky sound (might be a harp), panned lead (might be a processed organ; Vox or Farfisa-type?), various percussion effects, wood flute at the end (might be a shakuhachi sample?). The pads/strings are bathed pretty heavily in reverb (probably EQ'd to hi-pass).
