imitating blacks??,that dosent make sense

hip hop is a culture,a style, a trend
it is in no way illegal to be part of that type of movement ,you make some stupid comments castle

It's called being militant.(A militant who understands balance sheets) When I'm embraced by everyone on the net, that's when I need to start worrrying. Is it a trend or culture? Make up your mind first. A trend ends. I'm human. Human's are prone to make mistakes. The wise man learns from his mistakes. If I learn later than I was wrong, I change my stance. It's called life. Trend or Culture? Answer that first please. To the phony bandwagons members it's a trend. When they have abandoned the trend, we're still here with it grinding and that applys to all who love it regardless of color. This site needs brothers like me. Imagine if all the brothers were happy go lucky. You fools would really think everything is all good.(Referring to certain individuals)

Last year when Paul Wall came to my radio station to do some promoting and an interview I had my "medicaid" fronts in...and he damn near fell for it!!! I had taken the silver foil wrap that Wrigleys chewing gum comes in and and placed it on my teeth and sucked it in real good so that it literally wrapped around around my teeth. So we're doing the interview and he's like "damn dawg...what kind of designs you got on your fronts??? That's kinda dope man. I ain't never seen no fronts like that before." I was like "Thanks dawg...coming from you that means alot. Step a lil closer so you can see them better." By this time everybody in the studio was literally in tears rolling on the floor. When he realized what they were he just shook his head and started laughing and said "Oh....I'd hate to see your ride. You probably got them spinning hubcaps from Pep Boys on it!!!"
He's cool though. Real down to earth type cat.

Trend or Culture? You're not excused because your black. Aswer the damn thing. See how some have selective memory. On the real, I'll let it go though.

hip hop is everything thats where it stands there is no qualifications to be part of hip hop becuase b4 hip hop nobody threw plat grills ,tilted hats, baggy jeans ,just becuase hip hop music was originated by a black culture dosent leave it limited to only the black race ,nor can u say that a white pperson is fake for suporting the trends of hip hop

and then you said sumtin that o0o wiggs is fake ? fake what? what makes him fake? he dosent runa round screaming n**** this n**** that im from the hood yo ,hes just a white kid from the hood spitting his point of view ,just becuase he is white and raps now he labled fake? ,if we want hip hop to grow and last it shouldnt be a racial issue ,becuase when eletricity was discoverd by a white man he didnt say its was founded by whites and now its only limited by whites and every black person who used it would be considerd fake

I didn't say whether they were real or not, all I said is that he makes grills.

Are we denying the existence of wiggers? They do exist you know. You cant fake the funk. You either got it or you dont. There are white kids that are mad cool but we got some fake azz wannabees too. There are corny black kids who could never be hip hop too. It's not as simple as I want in, and you're down. Anyone can rap regardless of color but when you start emulating other people's dress codes and behavior be prepared to be scrutinized. There's significance behind why people dress they way they dress. If you know these reasons and your behavior is natural then there are no problems but when you dont that's when you're viewed as a phony. I can go right now and buy mad skateboard gear like those van sneakers and those tight azz T shirts but real skateboarders will know I'm faking by my body language and as soon as I open my mouth. Know what I mean. It's like this with the Wigs-He aint been in the hood for years in Staten Island running with Blacks so dont front that image for cameras. It takes more than a throwback and a headband to be down. You cant fake soul. Like I said it takes more than a few years to perfect it. It's like if they wanna play the role, be prepared to be scrtunized.Every white rapper does not need soul to rap but when you start dressing like us and talking our slang, youre entering the soul arena because that's what defines us our language, style of dress etc.. That's what some of you fail to realize. Most cool white kids understand this and never cross that barrier. But the new generation has no regard for rules. They dont understand that hip hop is a voice of the oppressed gone commercially wild. The white rappers who connect with the oppressed mentality are the ones who make it.

i slightly agree with you on issue's you touched ,but on the wiggs issue sorry i gotta rep for my dude
he lived in the hood since birth
park hill projects ,i will not gett in to detail on his full adress

but i must say that rap became a source of expressing your feelings for white america who been behind the curtains for a while ,and if u look at it yes the black culture did originate the slang trend of being a thug, but on the other hand there is a white, indian, chinese, spanish society that we share a world with who can relate to our stories it dosent have to be hood tales,or shoot outs or abandoned children,it could be white peter from a rich neigbor hood whos family has a father who cheats on his mom and beats her and his mom is a heavy drinker and all these problems going on in his life or sum1 who can relate to negative scenario's and negative life,at the end of the day its music which they can relate to music is where the counciling of the world if your a fan of music you listen to the musicians, artist's and u listen to what is going on in there life and thats where you all come together and relate with every culture what makes music's future is that its doors are open to all ears and free for all voices and some body like peter from the rich neigborhood or hajibi from a terrible life in iraq they can express there self and they can feel good about there self by participating in hip hop if those 36 w jeans on a 32 waste relief stress and that 3 xl on a 4 ft 5 112 lb kid make that child feel good about him self and makes him feel that he is not alone in a struggle and i mean any type of struggle in general then tahts what makes MUSIC CULTURE

I agree. I know mad cool white kids but they're humble and admit that that they think different than alot of society. It's just that this younger generation has no regard for the culture because they never experienced it before Commercialism set in. I have an Irish fellow film student buddy who told me his younger brother is naively arrogant who throws up gang signs, wear Khakis and doo rags but doesnt understand the cultural significance behind the dress. He just watches videos and dvds.I'm just pointing out those types-not attacking whites.
