Which synth can do this? How to do it?

Hi,
this is like the fifth time I stumbled upon a synth like this in a song and I want to put it into one of my songs but I don't know how. Is there a particular synth for that or do I need to modulate some basic sound?

It's in Celldweller - I Can't Wait (first video on YouTube; I can't post links because I haven't posted 5 posts yet) at 0:14-0:16

reaktor are suggestions. Mojito and 3xosc are barebones so those benefit from the layering approach.

If you mean that wub-wub sound, Seamless gets this kind of sound using Harmor, I believe. But he's done hundreds of YouTube videos and I don't know which one to recommend.
 
Any synth at all- it's a basic reece bass.
Take saw waves, detune, add a bandpass, automate the cutoff, then add a lot of distortion. Oh and portamento
