You should be glad you have food.
I don't see anything embarrassing about having food.
That is a "hood" attitude outlook to things... bigger better shinier mentality for you.
Do you know you've probably passed quite a few millionaires and not even recognized it?
Yet alone you've seen quite a few dope boys and have known instantly.

This is what is wrong with consumer debt right now!!!

every one has the right to want bigger better shinier...getting themselves in debt is stupid but to not want better quality and style and labels if not realistic

i bet you dont wear walmart brand clothes, drive a hyundai, and wear payless sneakers...im sure you have designer clother clothes, dont drive a hyundai, and dont wear payless sneakers so stfu.

I BUY CLOTHES FROM WALMART!!!!

walmart and target have great T-Shirts.

But Old Navy is where it is at, old navy got some great clothes cheap.

no payless, I wear tims.

hellz yea wit the old navy and wal mart and target has awesome t shirts

I don't care what brand it is. if it looks good and is comfertable.

I do care about price. I can't rationalize spending $100 on a pair of jeans or $50 on a t-shirt. Most of my jeans cost under $30. I like those korean places in cities, the mom and pop places. you get some nice clothes real cheap.

LOL @ STFU... hey big boy why don't you come over here and do that.

Any how I'm going to agree to disagree.
There's nothing wrong with wanting, but the key is understanding the difference between a want and a need.
Most consumer debt is what is being spent on frivolous items.
To add to that we consume too much and the amount of natural resources that are expended to meet our lustful ways are going to cost us all dearly. That is unless we change but hey it's the American way of life right and we need to industrialize the entire world into our ways!

When doing a new vehicle purchase you need to weigh out all cost. Just because it has a low sticker price doesn't mean that it is a cheaper vehicle in the long run i.e. maintenance fees and repairs.

No designer clothes that I can think of... I got a couple of things from AJ Wright but no one you've probably heard of. Hey the pants were only $10.00. The rest of my clothes come from good will where the prices range from $3.50 to about $5 and some change for a pair of pants. Shirts are a little cheaper.

Who am I trying to impress with designer names?
As long as the clothes aren't tattered and in shambles i.e. good repair.
No one can tell any different than if you bought them a little while ago.
Unless it means quality I am not willing to pay for a name, that is just for the mentally retarded in my book or people with more money than brains.

Oh I have worn pay-less shoes in the past.
Only thing about them is that men's selection is slim.
I found it better to go to the discount stores that have a larger selection.

The name calling because you don't have this and that is childish and immature.

There is a thing called self restraint. Exercise that some time.:hello:
