Really Nice remix man, unlike alot of other remixes the lyrics actually feel like the fit with the beat for the most part. good work.

camded, poppin is actually pretty good. A couple of minor preference things I would do differently but I think it's past the point of "underground" or amateur. With some A&R that track could be big. Nice!
 
damn this is awesome, it keeps building (in ways that dont interfere with the vocals too, very very impressive and something that's been causing me problems for a while lol). i actually WANT to hear the whole thing each time i play it because the sonic landscape is so beautifully laid out that it feels like a treat to actually stick with the whole thing. also has the obvious Dre/Eminem influence in the beat w/o actually ripping off them, very impressive shit here man, mega props.

only thing i think would sound cool would be to add some light strings that fade in and out over time from around 0.48 to 0.54, would be a cool little interaction between string sounds that would definitly help people realize that theyre in for some epic shit even earlier on. funny that the first time i click on the thread last commented on link, i end up hearing something good haha

serious production on this one. beat rides the vocals perfect, I feel like the vocals could use a TINY bit of effects to sit it right back a little bit. The synths in this one are mad. Great use of ambiance and sound. Would certainly play this one out.
 
Yeah dude, the mix on this remix is perfect. You found the perfect balance between all of the sounds and everything just works now. And unlike most remixes, the vocals are perfect, and fit this beat flawlessly. Nice work man, I'm digging it. But next post, throw up another original, I'm looking forward to listening to it.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah you're definitely right about the vocals.. Like I was telling another FPer, I had spent so much time on this beat that by the time I thought to add these vocals, I just wanted to get it done already! There isn't one touch of processing to those vocals (of my own processing that is). To be honest, I feel like it was meant to be seeing as how well they fit without me having to make them fit. The acapella actually sounded pretty bad.. it was ripped from a song rather than having the actual raw vocal file. Anyway thanks for the feed!

google "acapellas 4u". TONS AND TONS of acapellas.. most are amazing quality, they're free, plus there are other audio files you can download there and use in your beats.. just gotta look for em:)
 
Yeah i use that site now but lately i have had some nasty sounding files but your right most of them are pretty good and a good selection, thought i'd ask just incase you knew of a dope secret site haha cheers man.
 
Wow man this sh1t is hot as fuk!!! Everything sounds pretty bang on. Production value is super high. This track has a good mix of old school sound, and new age synths if that makes any sense.

One of the best tracks I've heard on FP so far.

Amazing work bro.
