What VST would you assume DJ Carnage uses?

The sorta lead sound in the second one (only one which would load for me) is just a recording of someone going 'ah' loaded into a sampler and pitched up and down.

You can probably make almost all the sounds in there with almost any synth, don't think that 'I have to buy X synth in order to get X sound'.
