What type of synth is this ?

Chiptune Arp lowpassed with some reverb/delay.



Oh and Justice league use that sound in errything theres a few ways to make it but you can use the way posted above too

Agree, it's an arpsynth.
However, it's either made by a squarewave with gentle lowpassing, or by a trianglewave.
Also, that sound can be achieved using a sinewave that's a little saturated.

Look up chip32, minisid, ninytiny, bleep, or famisynth all FREE sid chip emulators (8-bit) and apply appregiato. That simple have fun :)

Or pretty much any basic subtractive synth, as steffeeh already hinted at...nothing inherently chiptunish here, except for the fast arp.
