What has better latency : audiophile 2496 PCI OR Blue M-Box USB on Win XP

I am looking for the best latency for my DAV, the older M-Box i tryed gives me about 10 - 15 ms, but sound start jittering after a few audio/midi tracks and for some reason i can´t use the M-Box for my system sounds.

I have another card an Audiophone 2496, isnt this the better choice, because the PCI slot is faster then USB ?
