What does "dead presidents" mean?

I listened to the song "the world is yours" a lot lately, but I don't understand the line "i'm out for presidents to represent me (3x) and i'm out for dead presidents to represent me"

can someone help me out?
 
are you serious?? think about it what do you use everyday that has dead presidents faces on it? the only way you dont know is if you not making any

I am from canada. But how is dead money going to represent him? does it mean that he is representing money/riches?
 
All the presidents on the money ARE dead presidents.

Dead Presidents=money(bills)

OK, now I understand you speak Canadian. All US dollar bills have a picture of a past President of the US (who is dead). The Hip Hop generation just starting referring to dollar bills as Dead Presidents.
