Most VSTi's actually have a patch called R&B Bass.

This one looks like a sub-bass, try some sub-bass VST, and play with the options, there's mustly a way to get that sound

Really simple, just a one oscillator lowpassed saw.
I guarantee that every synth in the world could make this.
