If you haven't, check out Drowning Pool. They are on Ozzfest right now. The single "Bodies" is getting huge. They will be the next big band.

Also look at 40 below summer. Newer band that will breakthrough later in the year.

i am going back in time n rt now listening to Joe Satriani's album..The Extremist..boy!! I love the tracks
cryin n friends and the title track n Why too..Amazing guitar..
Also my fav track is "I believe" ....

I will have to disagree, Satch is good, but Eric Johnson is better (except for the fact that he stares at his shoes during his set). SRV, Eddie Van Halen, BB King, Clapton, Kenny Wayne Sheperd, Hendrix, and Slash, all better in my humble opinion.

But Steve Vai is overrated.
